SUBMISSION OF CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform consumers that complaints regarding the quality of our services can be submitted in writing (by mail) to the following address: PERLA, craft for production, trade, and specialized activities, owner Mirjana Lončar, Josipa Juraja Strossmayera 6, 32251 Privlaka, or by email at: perla@personaliziranelampe.hr.

We will respond to your complaint in writing or electronically within 15 days of receiving the complaint. Please include your details in the complaint: name and surname, address for receiving the response.

OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute between the consumer and the seller, a complaint can be submitted to the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts or a proposal for mediation can be made at mediation centers.
